❄️2022 Christmas Menu❄️

🎄To start;
⭐️Baked mushroom topped with festive cheese served on a bed of rocket and a side of red onion chutney.
⭐️Brussels pate served with a side of garnish and a warm crusty bread.
⭐️Spiced parsnip and honey soup served with croutons and a warm crusty bread.
⭐️Salmon, lemon and dill fishcake on a bed of rocket with a side tartare sauce.
⭐️Fresh melon and rocket salad with a raspberry kuli dressing.

🎄Mains;
⭐️Chicken Roulade stuffed with spinach and cream cheese, wrapped in bacon served in a cranberry gravy and a side of long stemmed broccoli.
⭐️Honey roasted ham and spiced parsnips with all the seasonal trimmings and a creamy bread sauce.
⭐️Roast Turkey with all the seasonal trimmings.
⭐️Slowly braised beef steak stuffed with sausage meat in a rich boarderlaise sauce with a Yorkshire pudding.
⭐️Fresh Tuna steak pan fried in garlic butter served on a bed of buttery spinach.
(All dishes are served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes.)
